Important Information about the ME Bank Super Members Rewards promotion
ME Bank’s Super Members Rewards is available to ME Bank customers with an ME Bank Online Savings Account who are members of eligible super funds and unions. A list of eligible super funds and unions can be found at mebank.com.au. For more information call ME Bank on 13 15 63.
To participate in the Super Members Rewards promotion:
• Eligible super fund or union members who don’t have an existing ME Bank Online Savings Account (“OSA”) must open an OSA between 1 June 2010 and 30 September 2010 and then register for Super Members Rewards online at mebank.com.au/rewards within 14 days of their account being opened.
• Existing ME Bank customers who already hold an Online Savings Account on or prior to 1 June 2010 and who are members of an eligible super fund or union must also register for Super Members Rewards online at mebank.com.au/rewards by 16 July 2010 to participate.
Only account holders who register for Super Members Rewards will be eligible to qualify for a Gift Card at the end of the Promotion Period.
Once registered in Super Members Rewards a customer will receive an email to their nominated email address confirming registration. Only one Super Members Rewards registration per customer. In the case of a customer having more than one account, they can only register on behalf of one account. In the case where an account has joint account holders, only one account holder is eligible to register for Super Members Rewards.
The 90 day savings period (“Savings Period”) commences from the date of:
• Opening an ME Bank Online Savings Account (for new accounts opened between 1 June 2010 and 30 September 2010); or
• Registering with Super Members Rewards (for those who have opened their ME Bank Online Savings Account on or prior to 31 May 2010)
During the 90 day Savings Period each type of saving activity that occurs in the account will be rewarded with points.

To be eligible to redeem points for a Gift Card, no withdrawals can be made from the Online Savings Account during the 90 day Savings Period. Customers may close their Online Savings Account at any time or make withdrawals if required, however in doing so they will forfeit their eligibility for Super Members Rewards and they will no longer be eligible for a Gift Card.
At the end of a customer’s 90 day Savings Period, savings in the customer’s Online Savings Account will be calculated to determine eligibility and the subsequent value of the Gift Card. Savers who earn 1,300-2,599 points will qualify for a $30 Gift Card; 2,600-3,899 points will qualify for a $40 Gift Card; 3,900–5,199 points will earn a $50 Gift Card and 5,200 or more points earned will qualify for the capped $60 Gift Card.
Only one Gift Card will be awarded per Account regardless of the number of account holders. In the case of multiple account holders, ME Bank takes no responsibility in the distribution of the Gift Card between account holders. The Gift Card will be issued to the registered account holder.
Customers who qualify for an ME Bank Gift Card will receive their Card with the amount they have qualified for credited to the Card. The ME Bank Gift Card is a pre-paid card that can be used in Australia anywhere EFTPOS cards are accepted at point-of-sale. The expiry date of the Card is 29 February 2012 and this date will appear on the back of the Card. When the Card expires any remaining funds will be forfeited.
